When you decide to call us in to build a home extension, undertake a loft conversion, make over your kitchen or bathroom, or re-configure your interior space, you’ll meet with our designers so they can assess what you visualise and require on completion.

There will be many decisions to be made, such as the style of windows and doors, the choice of taps and sanitaryware, worktops for the kitchen, tiles, colour schemes, positioning of power points. 

It all sounds rather daunting but the Liddiard designers know just what to ask, and can guide you if you’re in doubt.

Other things we take into account when designing your bespoke dream space is your budget, the available space, your lifestyle, your taste and any issues that may prove difficult such as the involvement of party walls or invading neighbours’ privacy. 

At the end of the design process, once everyone is satisfied, we produce the exciting detailed plan and specification for your building project, and set about turning it into a reality.
